Agreement and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Jahzyn’s website and your purchase or use of its services and digital products. By using the site, submitting an enquiry, approving a scope, or placing an order, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement and have authority to act for your business where applicable.
Using Jahzyn
You may use the website for lawful business and personal purposes to learn about Jahzyn, enquire about services, book consultations, and purchase available products. You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape content, impersonate another person, submit malicious material, or use Jahzyn’s services for unlawful activity.
Services and project scope
Each custom project is governed by its written proposal, statement of work, order confirmation, or other agreed scope. That document controls the specific deliverables, fees, milestones, timeline, revisions, dependencies, approvals, support period, and acceptance process. If there is a conflict, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.
Loyalty and digital products
Jahzyn may provide digital membership cards, loyalty and stamp cards, mobile coupon directories, digital vouchers, coupon landing pages, and related configuration or support. Product functionality may depend on third-party devices, browsers, payment providers, messaging tools, app stores, or customer-supplied systems. Availability, redemption rules, expiry dates, eligibility, and customer-facing terms should be configured and approved by the purchasing business.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices, taxes, deposits, recurring fees, and payment schedules are shown at checkout or in the applicable proposal. You authorize the selected payment provider to process valid charges. Jahzyn may correct obvious pricing or description errors and may pause work or access for overdue, disputed, reversed, or unauthorized payments.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate briefs, timely feedback, approvals, access, content, legal notices, offers, pricing, brand assets, and materials needed for delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials, customer lists, offers, vouchers, and marketing claims are lawful and authorized. Delays caused by missing information or third-party dependencies may affect delivery.
Approvals and changes
A customer approval confirms that the relevant deliverable, offer, copy, design, or configuration is ready to proceed. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a change order, additional fee, or revised timeline. We may refuse changes that create legal, security, accessibility, or platform-compliance concerns.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jahzyn retains rights in its pre-existing methods, templates, processes, software, systems, concepts, and reusable know-how. Customer-specific final deliverables transfer or license according to the confirmed agreement and only after applicable invoices are paid. You retain rights to materials you provide and grant Jahzyn the permissions needed to perform the work.
Confidentiality and data
Each party should protect the other party’s confidential information and use it only for the agreed relationship. Personal information and customer data must be shared only where lawful and necessary. The Privacy Policy describes Jahzyn’s handling of personal information; a project agreement may add data-processing or security terms.
Third-party services
Jahzyn may integrate or rely on third-party platforms. Those platforms have separate terms, availability, fees, and privacy practices. Jahzyn is not responsible for outages, changes, account suspension, or losses caused by a third party outside its reasonable control.
Warranties and limitations
Jahzyn will perform agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Except where prohibited by law, services and digital products are provided without a guarantee of a specific commercial result, ranking, conversion rate, revenue outcome, redemption level, or uninterrupted third-party availability.
Suspension, cancellation, and termination
Either party may end a project as permitted by the project agreement. Jahzyn may suspend access or work for non-payment, misuse, security risk, unlawful content, or material breach. Fees for completed work, reserved capacity, approved expenses, and non-refundable products remain payable where applicable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the business, services, products, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies to future use and orders. Specific project agreements remain governed by the version accepted for that project unless amended in writing.
